        Overall

        They were very kind, understanding, and provided an alternative waiting area for myself and special needs' who was very overwhelmed with the crowded public waiting area. They offered acceptance and no judgements and I cannot tell you how as a mother of a special need's child how much this meant to me. They were awesome.
