A Class Limousine Service

Horrible! I ordered a stretch limo for a night on the town with my wife and friends. Limo that showed up was from the late 1990's roof had sun damage, tears on the interior and when they drove we could barely hear ourselves talk. Sounded like the engine was about to fall out! I seriously thought it was a joke at first. Office was just as bad. I have a feeling if I didn't check up on my appointment twice they probably would not have even showed up. Don't limo companies lease their cars?? Stay away!

Never use this company,they was late for 30 min,i was meeting someone from airport,and my guest wait us for a wile.and they over charge the price,

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is horrible. We had requested to have a stretch SUV on a Saturday for a wedding from 1-3pm. We called them around 12:45 asking where the car was and they said that it would be there at 1:15. They said they always give a 15 minute window for their cars, which they never once told us both times we spoke to them. 1:15pm rolled by and I called them again. The guy at the office said that the driver would call us to let us know where he was. The driver called us and told us that the original car broke down and that he was bringing another car and was 20 minutes away. At this point I was furious talking to him and asked why no one called us to tell us what the situation was. he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't come to us because of my attitude while he was "just trying to help us". I wouldn't quite call that helping us when they were supposed to be here at 1pm. I told him I didn't want him there and cancelled it. Then I called the office to cancel the limo and for my money back, and the woman I spoke to said that it wasn't their fault or the drivers fault, its the machinery's fault! Its YOUR company, YOUR cars, get your cars serviced, represent it!!!!! . Then she said the car would be there in 5-7 minutes, and I told her I'd take it if it was free, otherwise I didn't want it.. She was making excuses and not taking blame for any of it. I asked for my deposit back and she was only going to give me 80% back.. I told her I would deal with my credit card company at that point. She then gave me the full deposit back. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Please stay away. This place was nothing but a nightmare. All they do is lie. I called 3 times for price quotes, and none of them were ever the same. Finally I asked if they could agree to use the price listed on their website. After actually having to haggle, I finally got them to agree to THEIR OWN LISTED PRICE. The ride there wasn't bad, the car was in bad shape, but it got us to the airport. However, on our return trip home, the car never showed. I called and asked where it was and they told me they tried calling and left a message (still never received that voicemail) that the car had broken down and a new one would be coming. We were expecting a Lincoln Town Car, but a beat up green Lexus showed up instead, WITH A FRIEND! On top of this, the car was not even a licensed limo! After making me wait an hour, lying to me, and having their friend or whatever come instead, they would only give me $5 off. I would encourage you to find a more reputable company, not one ran out of somebody's house.

We would definitely recommend using this company for limousine rentals! The driver showed up early and was courteous & professional. We sent our teenage son and his girlfriend into the city and the driver made us feel comfortable knowing that they were safe. Overall, we were very pleased with their service. We will not only recommend them, but will use them again in the future.

I called at 2:00 pm for a 5:15 pickup round-trip. The rate quoted was great compared to the other places I called. The driver was very puctual. He pulled into my drive-way at exactly 5:15 and showed up 15 minutes early where we were to be picked-up. I would highly recommend this company.

I made a reservation on a Wednesday for Saturday night. The limo never showed!! I called and they said they didn't have my reservation. They sent the limo asap and it came within 30 minutes. If you are using this company make sure you verify the reservation.
