Fun n Jump

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, and disorganized "business". After many calls because they just couldn't seem to get the date/time of our party right, I get a call 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here to set up the water slide to let me know they were turning around because they forgot our cotton candy machine. I was told they would be at our house in 39 minutes. Over an hour later i get a spastic call from the delivery guy asking for directions (our house is not hard to find at all). They show up and the delivery guy is freaking out running around in circles, tossing papers at me saying "sign here and here". And "I'm really pressed for time". Does a half *** job setting up the water slide (which came covered in mud/grass), gives me a 3 second info session on how to use the cotton candy machine again saying "I'm really pressed for time". Then I notice the papers he gave me was written out as $25 more than the price agreed on. He didn't know why. I crossed the price out, wrote in the agreed price and said that's all they were getting. He said he would deal with it later. Then they show up at 9:30 at night (1 1/2 hours late), ring my door bell and first thing he says to my husband is "where's my money" then proceeds to let us know he let himself in our backyard and already had the slide. Horrible horrible company! Would NEVER do business with them ever again.!!!

I'd use them again. When making my reservation we found the deal we were offered was great but unfortunately the slide would not fit in our yard. I asked if there was any other slide we could get for the same price or a deal on and she was very sweet and willing to help us out. She was open to working with us and I am very happy with this company. My daughter’s 6th birthday party will be loads of fun thanks to fun n jump.

They do not serve Prescott area!! false advertisement. The receptionist or whoever answered was sssooo rude!!! unprofessional..

Couldn't be happier. Not only did VIcki help me out at the last minute, but her team was on time, courteous and so helpful. Prior to finding Fun 'n' Jump, I had called 4 other bounce house establishments in the valley. They were short, quite rude and could not be bothered with "emergency". Everyone at the party was very impressed with the setup, loved the "carousel bounce", and will definitely be using the team from Fun ''n' Jump in the future. Thanks, guys!
