Germantown Taxi Transportation

Very rude and poor customer service with just a simple phone call, not to mention we weren't able to get a taxi.

I recently visited Memphis and I called and made arrangements for transportation while I was visiting Memphis. I called and spoke with the owner Debbie and gave her my information she was very professional and helpful. She picked me up on time she even have me some ideas of places to visit while I was there I was very surprised when I was picked up that it was a Lincoln Towncar the car was very clean. If you are liking for a transportation service that is friendly, professional, prompt and very helpful then Germantown Transportation is the one for you .

I recently had a emergency trip out of town, so I called Germantown Taxi and I spoke with Debbie who was the owner. She picked me up at my house very promptly and took me to the airport. When I came home, I called her before hand and she was waiting at the airport for me. She had a town car that was very clean and made you feel comfortable, and even got my luggage for me. I will also use Germantown Tax and recomment them to everyone I know.

After reading the "bad review" I feel compelled to respond to that review. I have been using Germantown Taxi Transportation for 11 years now and have NEVER had a problem. I am routinely in the Memphis area for business conferences with a very well nationally known company. I should mention that not only have I used this company, so has numerous other colleagues of mine. Not only have I ALWAYS been picked up promptly and on time but on one occassion I wasn't outside my hotel at my scheduled pickup time when the driver arrived and to my surprise I received a call from the driver confirming location not to mention that the driver waited patiently for me. That my friend is true southern hospitality!



It sounds to me that someone commented on the wrong taxi company or is just trying to slander this business. (Note: There is a company I believe is called Germantown Cab)

Had ordered this cab company to pick my son up and take him to the airport. The people were very rude and went to wrong apartment complex and left my son stranded. he missed his flight and now will cost me an additional $200 to change his flight. I called and the lady was very rude and tried to blame my son for not being outside waiting which he was since 5am in the morning. I would not recommend using this company ever. They are rude southern people. So much for southern hospitality.

Myself and two other co-workers used Germantown Taxi Transportation when we flew into Memphis for a last minute business conference. The company was so nice, friendly, and accomadating. We arranged numerous trips around the city for both business and a little fun in the city. The driver, Debbie, was always there on time and extremely knowledeable of some must see places while we were there. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I flew into Memphis recently and used this taxi. WOW...first, the driver spoke English. Secondly, the car was a Lincoln Towncar. The driver DEBBIE was extremely nice (and funny). I would highly recommend this taxi.
