        Overall

        Sign says open at 10 am but at 10:15 am door is still locked and no one answering the phone. Just lost my business.

        The worst customer service I've ever experienced in any Hallmark store.There is an old lady there (manager or owner) who is rude, is a bully and lacks any basic courtesy and customer service skills. There are plenty of Hallmark stores in town. I will take my business anywhere but in here.
