Style Plus Salon

I use to like to come here but I feel like the people in the shop over charge. I was told that goddess braid were 10 Dollars a braid so I got 3 and I was charged 50 Dollars!!! I was told that when you get less than 5 its that price. So I called back when I had funds I wanted to get 8 this time and was told a price for washing and hair, I said that I only need my hair styled. I was then quoted 90 dollars and was told that the price went up. I'll say this much UNIQUE BRAIDS IN GAITHERSBURG CHARGES 10 DOLLARS A BRAID NO MATTER HOW MANY YOU GET!!! STYLE PLUS SALON IS TOTAL RIP OFF AND they NEVER HAVE THE COLOR YOU WANT last time I had to buy my own hair for my twists (after arriving and having to wait over an hour despite making an appointment) which cost 30.00 dollars they still charged me 180.00 and kept my extra hair! I would recommend finding another salon. I feel like they don't want my business I should have left y'all alone several times, from when I came for a blow out and you had an unlicensed person try to flat iron my hair while still damp, or how about when y'all had to "clean the braids" and I felt you cut off my REAL HAIR" or maybe the time when I took off work early and was told please do, and the stylist was still late??? good bye.

I was very happy about my hair,they are very nice and how they welcome their customers are The best, I really love my new look...they really know how to do their work to make a customer happy,so I recommend this salon to everybody

While visiting family in the area. I was a walk in and met the owner who was very happy to accommodate my request. She paired me with Tamika who gave me a lovely two strand twist (Mohawk). I LOVE IT. Tamika did an excellent job with my hair and I can strongly recommend that you pay this salon a visit. The next time I'm in the area I will definitely stop by for a new style.
