Bliss Salon

I really wanted to have a great experience at bliss, it had been over a year since I had anything done to my hair and I was prepared to pay a good amount of money for excellent service. Unfortunately my first time at bliss will be my last. My color was not what I was wanting at all it was yellow and brassy and orange and very uneven. I left thinking I may be able to make it work but after a few hours at home I knew it would have to be fixed. I wanted a manager to try and correct my services but I was told that only the girl who did it the first time would be fixing it. I was extremely apprehensive but after paying $120 I felt I should love my hair color and not be in tears over it. I was very uncomfortable the next day going I to get the color fixed. The manager made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and that my hair color looked great. I will never go back to bliss salon. I felt like a terrible person for returning for a correction.
