Amerigas Customer service sucks, Find a different provider in the Gaylord Michigan area. You get a call center when dialing a direct local number to get the local office. You ask for them to follow a specific process when servicing your property and they ignore it. Then when it does not go to their procedures they never call you back to communicate with you why they did do what you asked or why you now have no gas!! They have not even remotely done what they said they were going to do twice now. A 7 to 10 day service window when others in the area can come out the same day!! Do yourself a favor and pass the gas on amerigas!!
