Sugarland Wedding Chapel

I had my wedding in December of 2011. First of all, the owner is extremely trashy and doesn't even dress up for you wedding day. She didn't even give me my garter. Also, you have to remind them about everything or else your not getting it. They keep the copy rights to your photos and you cannot just get them as you please (and of course they don't tell you that). They let you view you photo's for a month and by that time you have to choose. You get 30 free photos and they say they take 6-8 weeks to process. I ordered some, rushed, for a late christmas gift. I got them and they were stuck together and they had a strip of white out on the back. Upon scraping off the white out, they had "processed" them at Walmart!!! They are making a MAJOR profit off of this (.25 cents a photo for them to develop, but they charge you 6.00 bucks a photo!) It is now April 20th and i ordered my photos Feb 4th. Still have not gotten them. I called the owner and she gave me all kinds of attitude saying that it was going to be another 2 weeks and I BETTER be looking for them in the mail. I was upset of course and she had the audacity to be rude to her customer who paid for the LARGEST package they had. POORLY RUN business and if I was you...look elsewhere. They are not trying to help you have a fun and rememorable event, they just want your money!!!
