Miracle Method Surface Restoration

All I can say, it that in any business you will have happy and unhappy customers. I am a refinisher so I know how it goes.



I have never had any personal direct dealing with this company although i have to undo what they did then refinish two of their bathtubs in my career. Now that could have had happened for any number of reasons.



But i have a friend who is also a refinisher and had to repair some of their work as well in another State.

This is my indirect experience with this company. But overall, they are suppose to be a decent Franchise.

This company did a wonderful job!! My tub was in bad need of repair, had a huge crack in the bottom of it and various small chips and pits around the drain. They filled in everything, bonded the crack and my bathtub is functional again! They even knocked off a bit of price because they couldn't get the paint to match quite right. The technician was professional and friendly, and had my tub fixed in under 8 hrs! Saved me a ton of money as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of bath tub repair. I'm thinking about having them back to fix my kitchen counter tops next!

We were very pleased with the service, price and finished product. We had our kitchen counters, backsplash and two bathroom vanity tops refinished. All of it turned out beautifully. The owner went out of his way to ensure that we were pleased with it. He was quick to communicate with us and was timely in everything he did. If you want a great result and are budget conscience, this is the process for you!

Miracle Method did a great job for me. My tub had been poorly refinished before hand. They came in took off the previous job and then went through their process. They told me everything they were going to do and why and did a great job. Tub looks brand new. Wish i would have used them the first time. Would have saved myself some money.

Please, if you have decided to refinish your bathroom, do not use Miracle Method. The work they do is sloppy and unprofessional. Your bathtub will not be completely refinished, but there will be resin sprayed all over your fixtures, comode, windows, doors and door frames. Anything that should not have resin on it will have resin on it. Everything you expect to have resin on it will not have resin on it. There will be resin dripped all over your tile floors and carpets. The colors will not be uniform. The finish will not be smooth. I love my husband, but he is no Bob Villa, and he could have done a better job than Miracle Method did. Did a super job! Did not get paint on other items. Left job in perfect order. Would highly recommend if in need of this type of service. It saved me money by not having to take out the wall to remove the tub. I needed a color change.

Miracle Method was extremely professional. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the job rather quickly. Their service was excellent and the quality of their work, superb!

Great job! On time and took care of my house with drop cloths. Would recommend to everyone!
