John Scott - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have a policy with these people. My home was broken into and all of my valuable items were stolen. My laptop (right in finals week of my PhD program), all my jewelry, all electronics, down to my phone charger. I called the insurance company thinking I would get some relief. Instead I was met with insensitive and rude agents. Cindy and Cynthia treated me with such disregard. On top if it all none of my items are covered. My father owns the home and the policy was written as a rental. I do not rent this place it is a family home. I pay the policy. I thought I would be covered! Not only did this robbery cost me thousands of dollars but these agents were so mean. When I asked Cindy to at a least respect me as a fellow human being she said "I said sorry when you first called." Please avoid these people at all costs.
