I don't have a good review due to years ago they sent my diamond out for repair and I got back another diamond and setting that was not mine. I had a select diamond from Service Merchandise. Barry told me he could tell me if it was a select diamond from Service Merchanduse as he knew the diamond well.. he never did tell me yes or no just told me that a select diamond is not perfect and he would give me the same price I paid for it to upgrade to a bigger diamond. I do not want a bigger diamond. He couldn't explain to me why my diamond would reflect sparkles all over the place in sunlight and the one they returned to me does not reflect all but one tiny dot. I have no way of ever finding my diamond as the one I have is a constant reminder of having some company not care about the feelings of a customer to steal underhandedly to a loyal customer -who was a loyal customer

Barry is an expert when it comes to the repair, resizing, or improvement of family jewelry. He charges workingman's prices for high end watches and jewelry. I'm local, but he's worth a trip from anywhere.
