Hi,
These guys are really good ! I have 2003 430clk , and was looking for a good independent shop to take care of my car.
I was tired of waisting my money at the dealership . I found BM on the internet, they had 5 stars rating , and gave them a try. I brought my car in for service B, The price was really good , I have called in a few more shops before I brought it over to BM . But price was not the only thing I liked about them .I liked their attention to details and being honest with me.They told me what needs to be repaired on my car right now, and what can wait , The shop looks very professional,
cleen and organized. People are nice and friendly. I recommended to many of my co- workers who have European cars to bring their cars to BM , and all of them were happy. I regret I did not know about them before.

I`ve been taking my cars to this shop for many years. I love Mercedes , so before I`ve got my ML500 I had C230 and before that I had 420SEL. Zak, the owner of the shop, was always honest with me, and I trust him very much.
I remember the time when he was working by himself with his wife, and now they have 5 technicians in the shop. Zak is a very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic , also they have a manager Gill, great guy ! I have recommended this shop to all my friends, and they all were happy. My best recommendation

Finally I found an excellent place for servicing my Jaguar. I`ve been taking it to South Bay Jaguar before it got closed. I start looking around for an independent repair shop where people really know Jaguars. My co-worker recommend me BM European, he has been taking his Jag there for years, and always was happy with them. I am glad I took his advice . The shop looks very clean and organized . People are friendly and knowledgeable . And the prices are the way better then at the dealership. I have met a few costumers there in the waiting room. From what I could see they have a few very loyal costumers. Thanks to the dealership got closed I found that wonderful place for my Jag instead.

I recently took my BMW to BM for extensive work. I had been putting the work off for some time because I was worried about the expense and because part of the problem with the car was shoddy work which had been done previously. Zak was friendly and professional in diagnosing the car's problems and he was very forthright in his conversations with me. The work was done quickly and well - the car is good as new. He even talked me OUT of getting work done which I thought was necessary and he did not. I just wish I had found out about BM earlier - it would have saved me a great deal of aggravation and money. I recommend BM without hesitation.

Honest reliable service. I actually was looking for a place to bring my 2001.5 Audi S4 for service recently as it was due for an oil change and there were a few "noises" that I heard when driving. I didn't want to get by the ridiculous prices at the Audi dealership and further have them do a lot of erroneous things to my car that weren't necessary. Therefore, i google'd dealerships and came upon BM European shop. I decided to give it a try and from the moment I entered the shop I was met with professional and honest service. Although Zak did find some additional items that needed to be fixed (in addition to my oil change)- he honestly laid out the various options and prices .The service was completed on time and to my satisfaction . I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in obtaining honest, reliable service.

Thank you BM European Auto. I have an Audi A4 with a 155K miles. I took it in thinking that I would replace the timing belt and fix a coolant leak, and be able to keep the car running for at least another 20K. I told Zak as much when I brought the car in for the work. He could have easily taken the job as is, but after a full diagnostic on the car, he identified several other needs, which pushed the cost of repairs much higher than the actual book value on the car. I'm sure he could have sold me on all or some of the work, but instead the recommendation was to sell it. I feel like I got straight advice. The guys there are all friendly and knowledgeable. The price quote I received was very competitive. I'll be back the next time I need some work done to my other Audi

I went there to get an estimate for a seatbelt repair. They charged 150$ just for looking at the seatbelt and giving an estimate. This company is just a rip-off!

We own 4 Sprinters. Great Vans ! Very economical for business ! But we always were looking for a good independent repair auto shop anywhere in Los Angeles to service them. No one. No one knows what they are doing. Just dealerships. But it is too much for a company like our to pay that prices. Also it takes them forever to fix anything on Sprinters, and time is money for a business. But a few months ago our new driver told us that the business owner he worked for before was taking his Sprinters to BM Sprinter Auto Center in Gardena. We took our chance. Thank you so much guys from BM. It is very nice to have a business with you. Knowledgeable Professional Fast . We recommend BM Auto as the best Sprinter independent service in Los Angeles

I drive ML350. I am new to Los Angeles South Bay area just moved from San Francisco a few months ago and did not know where to take my car for service. My coworker told me that he takes his Mercedes to BM Auto in Gardena for years and always was happy with them . I took his advice. Yes he was right. Excellent service knowledgeable techs clean shop. Fear prices !. I would pay much higher price in San Francisco for the same kind of service. I would recommend BM to anyone who owns Mercedes or any other European car. Thank you BM.

I love BMWs. I always drive BMWs. I`ve been taking my BMWs only to dealerships. But from the time I was introduced to BM I start taking my favorite car here. I think this is the best place in Los Angeles to take my BMW for any service or any repair. Why ? The service adviser is knowledgeable and friendly, shop is clean and well organized, work is done on timely manner , easy to get an appointment, and all of that for decent price !

BM is a fantastic place to get your car repaired.They can be trusted and will give the most reasonable price for repair services and they will give you helpful advice. Me and my husband love BM and we get our C class and CL 500 auto repaired and service at BM.We love them.Thanks Zak and Elia.

All these comments are not true people!!, bad service by the phone and in person, I ask if they can fix the problem in my car and they tell me: " it depends how much money yo have" !! totally desapointed with this people here.

If you're looking for a trustworthy, honest and reliable place to fix your Mercedes I can honestly say there is no better place than BM European

I took my car in for a brake job. The guy did a pretty good job, but never erased the "brake" symbol on the dash. A real mechanic/shop never leaves the job half way done and they did just that. I will never recommend anyone taking there car there.

Yes, I like this place. I was new in the area, and was looking for a good shop for my BMW 525i . My girlfriend recommended this shop to me, because her co-worker was taking his Mercedes to them forever. And it was a good choice. The shop is very clean, and it looks that people working there really care about cars and customers . They updated all computers on my car and now it runs as never before. Recommend.

I was looking for a good independent repair shop for my BMW since my warranty was over. My friend recommended me BM Cars , he was taking his car to this shop for years, but for me it was kind of far away. Then I was searching on the Internet and found them on Yahoo and also on Google. They had a very good rating and nice reviews . Finally I took my car over to them and was glad I did. My friend was right. Now I am taking my BMW only to this shop. By the way, my 99 Mercedes ML 320 I also take to them. A very professional shop, clean, caring knowledgeable people, Recommend !
