We are a mechanical contractor ALLIANCE REPAIR CO LLC . I have worked in this field over 28 years and serviced every brand of equipment and not one is on the same level as blue air . Their products are quality and rarely is there any warranty work but when there is the staff are very knowledgeable and ship to where we have the new parts the very next day Kikuna from service is very helpful and always goes above and beyond for the customer .it's an absolute pleasure working with such a professional company . We recommend blue air to all our customers ! Excellent job Blue Air !!!!!!

We are a commercial refrigeration service company, American Pride Mechanical, Inc. I have been in this business for over 30 years and worked on most brands of equipment. Blue Air is one of the best manufacturers out there. Their warranty is excellent! Whenever there is a problem with any of their equipment under warranty, they immediately supply needed parts. They stand behind all warranty labor. We have never had an issue getting paid for any warranty work. I highly recommend Blue Air. The head of warranty/parts is very knowledgeable and very good at her job. Ask for Kikuna if anything is needed.

Blueair Inc is garbage. Avoid them at all costs. If your unit breaks down, you're stuck with their embarrassingly bad warranty/customer service group (who basically only seem to work 3 days a week or at their own convenience). Be on the lookout for many lawsuits with them working in collusion with shady food truck builders in the next year. Buy from TRUE refrigeration. They are an amazing company!

What a joke of a warranty department. If you call them on a Friday morning, they will basically hold you off until Monday. And if you show a hint of frustration, they will hang up on you and expect you to treat them like Queens and Kings. Customer service has really gone down the tubes.
