At first I was extremely pleased to find that they had the part that I needed, but after attempting to install the part, it still led to the same error code on my washing machine which let me to buy a new washing machine AND they wouldn't take the part back because it was electronic... I called them only a few days after purchasing it telling them my situation but they said they couldn't take it back and give me a refund. I ending up selling the part on eBay and the person I sold it to said they had 2 different tech people come out on 2 consecutive days both times telling her that the part was defective. I'm stuck with a part that cost more than $100 and they won't take it back. Now I am refunding the eBay purchaser and telling her to keep the bad part. What am I going to do with it? This place has bad policies ... I explained the situation to someone there, but they held their position... Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority to them.

Called up out of the blue looking for a Maytag Epic control board. Spoke with Vickie who was very courteous and almost overly helpful, even to the point of recommending other businesses closer to me to help me solve my control board problem. I called around and was treated to the typical parts guy BS and to boot none of them had the part either.



I went back and purchased the very pricy board(they were the cheapest of all locals btw) from OCAP and not the internet SOLELY because of her wonderful demeanor and customer service! No attitude, no sarcastic demeaning comments, just plain helpful customer service.



I could have saved a drive and a few bucks doing the purchase on the internet, but am patronizing this business because of the only person I've ever spoken with at the company....Vickie. Hopefully the rest of the team is taking notes from her and are as helpful!

Did not have part in stock and was able to get it in 2 days.
