        I have been a long time customer, at Christmas time I went to jewelry dept the salesperson was Kimberly, she was helpful then & was very pleasant,I

        went to pick up a watch I ordered on line Sunday, Kimberly called &told me it was in,when I arrived she got it Right away, she was pleasant had big smile,to make a long story Short she made my day,a salesperson like that is why I shop at JC Penney
