I had to drive to a friend's house about 4 hours away, and was afraid that my little car wasn't going to get me there and back. So, I decided to rent a car. My boyfriend had rented from Enterprise about 4 years ago when he was deploying to Afghanistan. We loved the customer service and prices then, and I am happy to say that I was just as satisfied this time! The employees were fast, friendly and most of all, they were patient with the me.

I've been renting cars since Feb 2015 and have always been treated very well.No problems if any concerns staff address my needs promptly.Would definitely refer customers

The young boy that was sent to pick us up said he didn't see that there were two people getting in to go to the rental office,so after my boyfriend got the passenger door shut,the boy started to back up not noticing I was trying to get in the trucks backseat.Clearly he is a bad driver.When I told management they actually laughed.We won't go there again.
