Worst rental property ever. Had a leak in my ceiling for 8 months and they couldn't fix it. Lived with a hole in my living room ceiling for over two months with mold creeping out while they failed to find the source of the leak. Finally they decided to give me a new unit and they send me a bill for $1800 on the old property in final charges. Because of two quarter size stains in the carpet they think they are going to charge me $1400. Do not rent from these people they change office staff on a monthly basis they charge out of control fees. It's their failure to fix a 8 month leak that I had to move in the first place.
