This store is so amazing! They have the biggest store and the widest selection.... They have a gemologist from GIA and she is amazing as well. She helped me understand what I was buying and taught me so much about diamonds in general... All the information was backed when I looked on GIA website! I love their estate jewelry collection. They offer the best prices on buying gold. Truly a family owned business. I have dealt with everyone there and not one time have I been disappointed! No one works on commission! I don't ever feel pressured!

Recently made a large purchase there. They did not tell me there are NO returns, only store credit. I tried to purchase something else using my store credit and they would not let me! The store credit isn't even same as cash, it only applies to certain items. Horrible customer service. Basically took my money. Won't go back.

This is the best jewelry store I've ever been to. Huge inventory, some of which is made by the family that owns and runs the store. The nicest people with great service orientation. When other jewelers have said to come back in a few days or more, Dimo's tells you to come back in 15 minutes or even makes repairs and adjustments while you wait.

The staff was fantastic, the service unforgettable! Wonderful selection -- they always have the perfect design of what you're looking for (and they also have a wonderful designer if you have your own idea!). We enjoyed our experience very much -- we were looking for anniversary wedding rings, a man's ring and a woman's ring. They listened to what we wanted and brought us several different designs that were in our price range and were absolutely perfect from our verbal description. We have gone back many times, for everything from watches to earrings to our baby daughter's baptism bracelet. You will not be disappointed!
