        Overall

        One of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had with a vender or store owner. I was interested in recycling or really just disposing of old electronics I've had for years. I think I asked a total of 2 questions and he hung up on me! I've worked in customer service for over 12 years now, and I'm appalled at how any place can operate in such a manner.
