        Doug Chappell is the best vet in the Upstate. He was born to be a vet and does not recommend unnecessary, expensive testing but relies on touch, smell and his many years of experience. People drive many miles to have their pets treated by Dr. Chappell. I trust him implicitly and just dread the day when he decides to retire.
