DO NOT PURCHASE A SECURITY SYSTEM FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Spencer Nothum was the "sales person" who was going door to door in our neighborhood selling ADT alarm systems. He told us we would have 3 months free monitoring, a few extra added features and many more EMPTY promises. THIS IS A SCAM!! When we tried many MANY times to call Spencer, he would not answer his phone and would not return any phone calls. We were charged DOUBLE what the contract said (we were not to be charged ANYTHING for 3 MONTHS!!) and we ended up cancelling within 2 days after realizing this WAS A SCAM!! It has been 3 weeks and we still have NOT been credited our money back after 25 very frustrating almost hour long phone calls to Integrity alarms and ADT. ADT is ALSO a shady company and has NO idea what they are doing. We had a completely different (TRUSTWORTHY) company install a state of the art system for LESS MONEY than these scam artists 2 weeks ago. ADT has had their outdated dinosaur equipment (that was installed in our house only for a few days) back for over a week now. They (ADT) called me this morning to let me know there was an issue with our alarm panel!!! REALLY???? We cancelled service with them on 12/24/14 and they still have yet to update their monitoring center and it took almost 3 weeks to see the panel was uninstalled!!! If anyone out there uses ADT I would not feel safe AT ALL!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

This is the absolute worst company EVER!! We signed up with them in our brand new home. Mike came out and promised all these add ons and upgrades to our system. Not only did we not get what we were promised but the system never even worked correctly. We called ADT and complained and they came out and (for a fee) set up a service call. The guy that came out told us that it looked like a blind person installed our system (his words, not mine). Then, we moved. A different guy at Integrity shows up and I said no immediately. He begged for a chance to redeem his company. I was foolish enough to give them a chance. We were promised one system, we got a different one. We were also promised 3 months free. The guy says it's easier if I write you a personal check than for you to wait for them to process the 3 months free (should've been a red flag right away!!!) Shocker, stop payment on the check! We never use the system so we eventually cancelled the contract. Fast forward 2 years... We just sold our house and apparently these CROOKS found out and showed up looking for the new owners. It was the first guy we death with (Mike) and, while my boyfriend wasn't super friendly to him, he was a total jerk and started antagonizing my boyfriend. He told Mike to get off our property and he just stood there. I finally had to come out and break it up and I told him to leave. Our neighbor came over and finally the guy left. Not saying my bf should have yelled at the guy but I could hear him telling my bf he was rude after he said the new owners didn't live here yet. I would never do business with this company again. Unprofessional, dishonest, horrible!!! Save yourselves the headache and go with a different company!!!

This is one of the worst security companies aligned with ADT. They use bait and switch contracts, they do not honor the federal regulations allowing the consumer 3-days to cancel, they do not completely fill out the contracts properly, and they continue to deduct payments when they have been ordered to stop legally. Buyers BEWARE - you are dealing with a business that is not honest and reputable if you deal with Integrity Alarms in Fullerton, California. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating & check the ratings of ADT before signing on the dotted line.

Please do not use this company. We got talked into adding an alarm to our home and the representative promised many many items.. to a carbon detector and fire alarm to extra key fobs. Nothing was installed as promised. I was promised one monthly price for all, once it was installed the price changed.. apparently when the sales person checked the box on the contract the company said it was not clearly checked so we did not receive these items (because they were left off another paper. When they did instal the installer left our home with the system set up so the doors sounded like a 7-11 when entering and exiting, I was also told that was the only sound available, then when I called to have it changed from corporate, integrate said i would have to pay a service visit fee. It was the worse experience of any company i have ever dealt with... I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. The salesperson sent me threatening texts, I even sent these to his Manager and nothing was done. So If you are approached by this company close the door.

I wish there was a negative rating. I recently signed up for the service, my wife and I were told we could cancel anytime in first 6 months with no additional charges. They installed 6 days later, system didnt work, they have had a same techician that cant figure anything out back to our house 3 times and still not working. we decided it wasnt worth it and tried to cancel, since its been 3 weeks, system doesnt work still and we were told we could cancel anytime. NOT TRUE, you only have 3 days despite the lies the salesperson gave us. the company will not honor what the sales person said and you have to pay 75% of the remaining balance, so it is like 1200 bucks to cancel a service that they never even got working. there service is terrible and uncaring, lie to get you to sign and then its your problem becuase you signed.

Stay AWAY!!! We bought a brand new house and a sales rep told us our whole house was going to be secured... he LIED!!! He only wrote down to have the doors have sensors... I want my kids to be protected so when the tech came to install my system he was not only 3 hrs late but looked so drugged up I really didnt want him in my house!!! The tech had no idea what he was doing and kept asking my husband all these questions... Then used my bathroom for 10 min... besides that fact when I noticed that he didnt install anything on my kids window I called the sales guy who argued with me for 10 min before I threatened to cancel and then he finally gave the ok to install on the windows... The tech never gave us our yard signs and threw the smallest window decals at us and ran off as fast as he could... they were suppose to come back 4 days later to finish installing after the phone was hooked up but kept rescheduling for 2 weeks... Well after the first 3 days of it just alarming it quit working... After we called and threatened to cancel with them if they didnt finish coming out to install we finally got a decent tech... who told us our system didnt work because the sensors had been used and were dead!!!! So after coming back out 3 times now our system still doesnt work, and another sensor is dead... We have cancelled with them and are moving on! Will never deal with these people again!!!

I recently bought a house with...

I recently bought a house with an ADT alarm system installed by Integrity Alarms. IA refused to send me a Certificate of Installation because I was "not an active customer." Yes, the previous owner had bought the alarm system, but this really was a trivial request on my part. It also gave IA the opportunity to send me some sales literature. I might have even become a customer and activated their ADT alarm system. Instead, IA has lost a future customer.

No star actually. This is just to forewarn the public to avoid this company and its representatives. In my experience, they lack integrity. They misrepresent and make promises. Once you sign the contract, they will disappear. My contract was tampered with while rep is my home. They will not repond to your concerns. Avoid them like a plague.
