Criminal operation! 2 days after I pay for service its not working and I go back to get a refund they deny. After the rep confirmed my phone was not working, I was told i need the box it came with and receipt for return. I provide the complete box w/ all parts included and show my bank statement where they charged me 81.53 for my month and activation. Then he finds the sale on his own display and still insists I have my receipt for refund. He goes further to explain the phone was only 99 cents & can only return that. The rest I get robbed for, phone to return within 7 days is okay w/ $25 restocking fee. I would owe $24.01 to return it. I told them I was returning the service fully and phone cause I got nothing from it and I left. My friend came after I left, they told them I left and forgot my phone so they give it to them. The agreement says you can get refund within 7 days and I never received any service to begin. This is a bad business. Very rude and once you pay them.. Oops
