Applebee's

the food we had was good but I was a little upset that you ran out of steaks. I really wanted to have steak. Also I wanted to know if you happened to find a pair of oval shaped magnetic sun glasses in the corner booth? My wife lost them we thought maybe there would appreciate feed back. Thank You

When this Applebee's first opened it was fine and met the standards of other Applebee's, however, the last two times we were there the food was not properly prepared and was cold, the server appeared to be over extended and stressed. When food and service are both bad I can only attribute it to the management. We will not be returning to this Applebee's for at least three months and then if it has not improved we will not return again and as far as we are concerned can close down and let a food establishment in that will be decent. We attend two other Applebee's on a fairly regular bases in other locations and they are fine and would recommend them to others, however, I cannot recommend this one to anyone and in fact tell people to stay away.

Just a very poorly run operation. After 10 years in food industry, I would question this business managment. VERY POOR managers. I could go on about how a company can allow such bad business to continue. Example: 20 minutes to get drinks AFTER waiting 10 minutes for a waiter to come to table. I wanted to leave also, but was with a group of business associates. Managment TOTALLY oblivious as to what's really going on at this "restaurant" and seem to not really care. I wish I could fire these guys....I REALLY DO! E-mail me if you want your business to turn a REAL profit. Its ALL ABOUT SERVICE.

We went to this Applebee's twice and both time the service SUCKED. After ordering drinks ( ice water and Pepsi), it took another 10 minutes to realize we werem't getting our drinks. I went to bar and got my own drinks! That's when we decided to leave so we can find someplace to EAT. The manager told me to THANKS FOR COMING and I said I NEVER GOT TO EAT! He looked confused. I've never had good service at Applebee's, but this was the WORST and LAST!
