        HORRIBLE! My husband upgraded to an iPhone 5, (have a family plan). The salesperson wiped out the voicemail on my phone for ten days! My mother's phone number was deleted and my phone drops calls all the time now. PLUS... she changed my plan increasing our bill about $400 per year! My husband has been to the store twice, spoken to the manager and others. Day 9, I got a call from some supervisor who basically said too bad.. no apology... I'm serious! I tried calling the store manager who has not gotten back to us... could not anyone to answer at the store for 30 minutes... store voicemail disconnects you. My husband called Stonebriar mall and got a different number which they answered. Manager said we are NOT doing anything because your phone is out of warranty. Would not let me talk... incredible! I'm DROPPING ATT and switching to T-Mobile-no contract, unlimited talk, and text for $60/mo. plus they actually have good customer service. PS-Don't ask me how u-verse sent hazmat to my home!
