Maroa Park Apartments

Until there is a major management turnover, Maroa Park Apartments will have to get a NO vote from me. Very steely and cold management style with complete indifference to residents. It's a nice property, but absolutely horrific people skills. I consider them thieves for passing on ALL expenses of doing business to residents. There have got to be places as nice as Maroa Park that will treat you with respect. Pass on this one and save yourself some grief.
