- Guided tour provides a glimpse of the San Joaquin Valley's agricultural beginnings through the life and times of M. Theo Kearney - a California ag pioneer who came to be known as the Raisin King. Visitors can tour the 1903 residence of ranch manager M. Theo Kearney, furnished with period pieces and experience the grounds of Kearney's 1890s landscape - now a public park, perfect for a family picnic or leisurely walk.
