Buffalo Wild Wings

Wings are good. But maybe find a different way to seat customers? I feel like it's so cluttered and unorganized.

This is my second time here, after my first bad experience I said never again BUT husband got a gift card so we went again. Again... Horrible service. Horrible service! I asked what the best salad they had was, she said Crispy Chicken Salad, so I ordered it. When she brings the plate it's grilled chicken salad, and I asked "isn't this supposed to be crispy?" Her reply "oh yea but we ran out of crispy chicken tenders, if you don't want that I can change it" uummmm! Why would you bring something out I didn't order!? My sons child plate came with a drink, she never asked what he wanted or brought anything for him to drink. He has a choice of a side and didn't even ask what he wanted and just brought him fries. The food was not tasty or good. My husband had a chicken burger and commented that the 99 cent mcchicken from McDonalds tasted better.

I had a simple question for the bartender about who the vendors were and she just says "Im busy" when about a quarter of the restaurant was filled. I tried to complain to the manager Dustin and he was just as rude. They could have easily taken 5 seconds to check but they just refused to help at all

Took my family out to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time & last time. Took the hostess almost 10 minutes to greet us since all the employees are to busy chit chatting & flirting with each other. Music was too loud in the dinning area; finally got to sit down, several waiters & waiteresses walk by us & look but no one bothered to say HI. Finally, 15 minutes go by & I dont even have a napkin on my table. Got up asked for the manager & let him know how terrible their service was. He gave me a sorry apology & offered to buy us lunch......No Thanks!

not enough sauce for the hot wing(take out)...wasted money.

I think that there's a great atmosphere there gorgeous waitresses threw food is good paper bowls didt bother me they didt rip

I've been to this place three times since it has opened and it has let me down every time I went. Both of my parent's are from Buffalo, New York and after visiting multiple times I've had my share of wings from New York. The wings served at Buffalo Wild Wings do not compare to the authentic ones. They are always cold and are lacking sauce on the wings. It looks like they drizzle some sauce on top and thats it. They are served in flimsy paper bowl things that fell apart when I took my parent's there. If you are really in the mood for wings, call in an order to takeout but after that you probably will be over this place. I don't imagine this place lasting more than a few years because of the let down that I've had multiple times.
