        Overall

        I have a Riccar Supralite vacuum cleaner that was making a lot of noise. I disassembled the machine, which I thought was easy and well designed, discovered a broken fan, and took the part to the dealer. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and I was in and out with the part in just a few minutes.

        Rude and Unknowedgeable

        for thoe of you loooking to get your vacuum repaired, DO NOT GOT TO VAC & SEW!!! The man was so rude it was ridiculous and the more questions I asked, the more I realized he new nothing about the machines. I was sold the wrong bags, twice and then he refused to give me a refund for his error. FOr the $10.00 I spent, it was worth getting out of there so I did not have to look at his sour face anymore!

        I have been at same location for 35 years my emlpoyees are not rude to customers. If anyone purchases the wrong item for there product they are given a refund or exchange there is no exceptionto this rule. This is not a madeup complaint. Is this a competor with poor taste.
