GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE.

The conversation upon giving your pet to them all sounds so good, but, their actions DO NOT follow through. When I brought up complaints to staff, they would not take responsibility for the harm to our pet. When I asked to visit my pet, ( 3 times, within 2 days) I was told that they were understaffed and no one could bring him out to me. I will never get over how our pet was 30 feet away and he needed me and I was denied, to hold him and comfort him in his most difficult days.
