I called to ask if I could bring my cat in because I came home from work to find him with a large open wound on his leg. They told me to bring him right in. (Very convenient for after work. Their "normal hours" are until 10pm.) The check-in staff already knew about my phone call and why I was there. A technician came out and was very gentle with him while taking him to be checked out. His injuries were pretty bad and he had to end up having surgery. They called me to give me an update, and also were very thorough in explaining his treatment and recovery. The staff, front and back were all very friendly and nice. The manager talked to me and was very patient and understanding about my questions. And their prices are pretty reasonable. I would recommend this place

My first time in Tricity recommended by my brother. The staff are doing a great job in helping the clients. The staff are nice and helpful. The hospital is so clean and presentable.
