Dr. Chew, a San Francisco bay area native, was born in San Francisco and grew up in Fremont. He has been in private practice in Fremont for almost 30 years. He is also currently a consultant with Delta Dental and the dental director at Masonic Home for the elderly. Dr. Chew is a 1989 graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He has earned both Fellowship and Mastership status from the Academy of General Dentistry and is a former faculty member at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry's graduate residency program.
