Kay Jewelers

I purchased a Levian ring from the augusta Kay's. I was told I am only 15 minutes away from the freeport store. I had a diamond missing from the ring 2x and wanted another one.I received a replacement from the augusta store on one occasion. Thinking it would be quick and an easy exchange I found it very difficult. The manager at the freeport store did not attempt to resolve the issue. So I called Kristina at the Augusta store and she made the switch very quickly. I will not shop at the freeport Kay's with that kind of customer service I am surprised they have any regulars shop there at all. Considering I purchase on a regular basis I will continue to drive the distance to Augusta.
