I had Julie as my stylist. She was very friendly and patiently worked with me to decide on the best highlighting shades for my hair. She also did a fantastic job on the cut and styling as well. All the staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Negative 5 stars.... Horrible experience that gave me an uneven haircut and split ends- they must use blunt tools. Management does not seem to care and won't return phone calls.

After growing out my hair for over a year, I came in for a cut w: bangs. The stylist complimented how healthy and beautiful my hair was. She gave me props for taking care of it after a YEAR of HEAT FREE care. I requested layers and side bangs. It looked great when I walked out.

A week later, I noticed my hair started splitting at the ends everywhere. Also, after French braiding my hair, it was UNEVEN on both sides. I called to speak to the manager, but the receptionist said she was busy and would call back. After a week of no call back, I followed up. Still the same response- manager is busy and will call back. It's been over two-three weeks and no call back.

I wasted $50.

Go somewhere else.

I went to the beauty shop with my daughter. We were there for close to two hours and my daughter was engaged by watching a movie on my cell phone. I had it very low in the first place and asked if it was ok. Which I was told it was ok. It really helped to make sure that my little girl was on her best behavior as she is six. Towards the end of my appointment the manager came over and demeaningly talk to me like I was a five-year-old. Yelling at me to turn it down for a few minutes. Which by the way the first time she said it I immediately took the volume off. Not to mention the fact that she was about 2 feet from me with her finger practically right in my face. All she had to do was to tell me to turn it down. I didn't need to hear explanation, her extremely disrespectful tone of voice, or her body language. After my haircut was completely done, I talk to her and she denied the whole incident with a fake smile. even though everybody in the entire salon heard it.
