        rude phone manners

        i called to see if this store allowed overnight camper parking ........ the first person who answered the phone replied to my questions, "This is Wal-Mart!", to which I replied, "Yes, I know and some Wal-Mart stores allow overnight camping." He said he would ttransfer me to the manager............. after a moment or two the "Operator" answered and when I said I had been placed on hold for a manager told me I would have to call back in on the main line........ SHE could not transfer me! Who in heaven's name ever heard of an operator who could not transfer a call!
