Highlights
I moved here three years ago and have been doing hair here since! I attended Euphoria Institute in Las Vegas, Nevada to earn my license and I loved every moment of it! Now my favorite things to do are highlights, creative colors, Glitterlites, and extensions.
Hair Extensions
I started getting my hair done at Structures when I was 12 years old and have always loved being there. I am so thankful that I get to come to work everyday surrounded by some of the most amazing, positive people I have ever met. I have always been passionate about the beauty industry and fell in the love with hair the day I started cosmetology school. I graduated from the Aveda institute of Chapel Hill and moved back to Frederick shortly after. I took a brief step away from Frederick recently and worked in Northern Virginia to hone my skills in hair extensions and blonding. I am so thankful to have found my salon home at Structures and cannot wait to be back!!

As a kid, growing up here in Frederick County, I loved styling and cutting hair. Whether it was my sisters or my Barbie dolls, everyone was a client. I had the amazing opportunity to study cosmetology while in high school at the FCPS Career and Technology Center. I have been able to hone my craft for the last four years specializing in fun and vibrant hair colors, blondes, perms, and men's and women's cuts. When I’m not doing hair, I’m cuddling my two cats and playing with my niece and nephew. I can’t wait to help you look and feel your best!

I found my home when I started at Structures Salon. Structures holds many memorable moments for me as it was the salon I went to for homecoming and prom updos, and to get that perfect blond. I've had my hair colored here multiple times. Everyone is very friendly and does a great job. Also many people don't know that they also have a spa, where you can get facials, waxing and make up done. I've gotten a few facials there before and they were great.

When I'm not taking care of my family, I'm taking care of the Spa! I love to explore not only the Bioelements Product line we carry, but all natural ingredients and products that keep your skin feeling alive and well-nurtured. I began my esthetic career in the ‘80s as a line manager/makeup artist for Calvin Klein, Charles of the Ritz and Ultima II, followed by make-up artistry for wedding and headshot photography and special effects makeup for community theater and student film work. Although I enjoy all aspects of esthetic services, my favorite tasks are educating clients on skincare and creating the best brows for eyeshape.
