We have used one of your competitors for years, after they were rude to us, we decided to give your company a try. We experienced a level of service we didn't know existed in party rentals. Thanks for being on time, full service, and super easy to deal with. Changes were handled quickly over the phone and in a friendly manner. With the beautiful weather yesterday for Easter, we decided an inflatable would be fun for the kids after the egg hunt. Willie Fun Events was the only company to actually answer our phone call. Amazing. They were able to deliver a castle within a hour. When they arrived, Glen (delivery driver, might have wrong name) quickly and thoroughly explained everything and setup our rental. Couldn't be happy with the whole full service process, and thanks for being there when all other companies were closed.

Very courteous and professional staff. Respond to messages in a quick manner. I also love the option to add concessions. The children LOVED the bounce house for hours. The equipment was clean and exactly what I needed. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We used Willie Fun for our wedding after doing a lot of vendor research in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area. They were the most cost effective by far, on their rental prices as well as delivery and set up fees. This is what initially made us choose them over the others. Everything is included in their prices vs. others that have a lot of add on fees What would make us continue choosing them, is that the service was absolutely wonderful. I planned my Waukesha wedding from Dallas, and would shoot off random e-mails with questions and they would always get back to me within minutes with answers to all of my questions. I changed my order a few times up until the event date, and they were always very accommodating. When asked they would send pictures of things, however on their website they also have photos of all of their items - this was incredibly helpful in planning!! Honestly their website is amazing. As far as the day of - the guys who came to deliver all of our items were SO friendly and helpful. They dropped off and confirmed quantities of every single thing, and placed them wherever was most convenient for us. We had quite a bit of stuff since we got all of our rentals from them for our wedding with 120 people; Chairs, all kinds of tables, and then there were the lights... We had string lights set up over the entire grass area where we ate dinner. The guys that came - I believe there were 3 men setting up - worked so hard. They worked quickly, but had a lot to do, and were working very hard, and sweating like crazy! We gave them water, but looking back I feel like we should have given them lunch too. They were amazing, and just so friendly, it was definitely a wonderful experience all around. I would certainly recommend WFE for all of your event rental needs!

Willie Fun saved the day after another local inflatable company didn't show up. Not only were they super accommodating, the rentals were brand new. They included delivery and setup which was a bonus. Highly recommend.

We used Willie Fun for several bounce houses for a company event. The units were super clean and looked brand new. They were prompt with delivery and setup, and super friendly when the came to pick up the bouncey castles. Love love love them. This is how a business should be run...focus on the customer (and the party) with top notch service to match.
