        Terrible customer service

        New to Shin's. Took in several dresses and when I picked them up, one had bleach stains everywhere. Returned the dress and they insisted the stains were already on there. Didn't offer a refund, credit, or anything. Do not recommend and will not be returning.

        Slip Covers - told over phone ...

        Slip Covers - told over phone could do reasonably. Expected it could be off a little bit. Dropped off - they wouldn't commit beyond a semi nod to about $100. Went to pick up - with a 25% off coupon charged us $142 ( $190 before). Would not recommend to use.
