Synergy Fitness

This gym is the worst gym in the area. Terrible classes, rude workers and staff, overall bad energy. Join LA Fitness or UFC gym down the road for a few dollars more.

Good equipment bad ppl. Dislike

The equipment is nice and there is a lot of it, but the staff, trainers are rude, unprofessional , threatening, n just plain know it alls. A little pricey considering it's a 10$ extra ad on to travel to others, which I need because I travel a lot . Stay away from this gym
