Payless Car Rental

Terrible car rental. We waited over an hour to be picked up at O’Hare. Called over and over and they didn’t pick us up. Got to car rental. Chairs were filthy. Wouldn’t sit in them. Got our car. Got a flat tire. Tire company said all tires were overinflated. Not sure why that was. Would never use this company again.

WORST CAR RENTAL EVER CALLED MONTHS IN ADVANCE ORDERED A SUV CALLED THREE TIMES TO CONFIRM GOT THERE IN A SNOW STORM AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE A SUV DROPPED ME DOWN TO A SEDAN HYBRID WHEN I ASKED IF THEY WHERE GOING TO CREDIT MY CARD BACK FOR THE LOWER PRICED VEHICLE SAID THEY COULD NOT BUT WOULD GIVE ME A FREE TANK OF GAS WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN SALES MAN WAS VERY NICE
