        Abosolutely USELESS Company. Called this morning and supposedly spoke to "Al" in the Foxboro location. Called back four hours later for an update on my complaint, and of course there is "no Al" at that location. BS artists - and by the way the service sucks too! Simple as that.

        during the new years week my trash got miseed.. I called abot the mistake... It to 3 transfers to get the right person to talk to about my promblem.. that was on Friday of same week. and was garenteed that my trash would be picked up by noon the next day at the latested...NEVER HAPPENED< called again on Monday the next week.. told them the same story and was promised it would be picked up before the end of the day... NEVER HAPPENED....called again on Wednesday was told not only that this problem would be taken care of right away and that the dispatch manager would call me in the next 24+48 hours. that was on Wed... today is Monday January 7th.. trash STILL NOT PICKED up and never got the call. If when I was running my retail business and my employees treated customers this way they would be terminated before the end of the day...... so now I have a house with 6 people living in it and 2 weeks of trash pileing up in my back yard.. cuz 3 of the bags had fallen out of the barrell they wouldn't take them so I started the week with a full barell and another week to go before it gets picked up again.... WHAT GREAT SERVICE.... on and one of the people couldn't spell my first name,,,, it's LEO>>> real tough.
