UCHealth Emergency Room - Fountain

The new facility is really nice. Although the staff was very friendly and kind, the nurse didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. After getting the IV in my hand, she hands me a wet wash rag to clean off my hand that was dripping with blood, it had also dripped all over the bed. When I left my hand was swollen and the blood vessel had blown. My hand after a week is badly bruised and red and purple. They are charging me the $300.00 Emergency Room Co-Pay not the usual $50.00 Emergi-Care type Co-pay. Next time I will head to the Urgent Care where my Co-Pay is $50.00.
