        At Colorado Smokehouse we take our BBQ very serious, but we take our customers just as serious. Our food has developed into what it is today, based on the feedback from our customers. We are lucky to live in a military town with people from all over the U.S. Each BBQ region has it’s own unique flavor and personality and at Colorado Smokehouse, we try to incorporate as much of it as possible.
