Foster City Shoe Repair

If I could I would put a - on this star. This is the worst shoe repair in the bayarea. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. He claims to be a shoe repair shop but it should be called the RUDE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY SHOP.



I had a high heel shoe's sole glued for a special event, which I needed that evening. I couldn't have it repaired I had to have it glued, which cost me $15.00. You have to pay up front before the work is done so that should tell you something. I went to pick up my shoe, he told me not to wear it for at least 1 to 2 hours. I waited for 4 hours went to my event and within one hour the sole came a part. How embarrassing! I had to go barefooted.



I took the shoe back to him, told him what had happened. He told me to bring the other shoe in because that was not the one he repaired. Yelling as he is telling me this. I told yes it was because at the time of pickup you told me the other shoe's sole will probably also come unglued. I then told him no because it is real tight on the shoe plus remember this is the left shoe you are repairing the other shoe it is the right shoe. NO NO bring the other shoe in so I did. He started yelling at me telling me I am a LIAR! A CHEAT! WANTING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. I TOLD HIM NO I DON'T YOU ARE A CROAK AND A CHEAT.. HE TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF HIS SHOP AND NEVER COME BACK AGAIN...YELLING YOU ARE A F'ING LIAR AND CHEAT!



How can someone treat their customers in the fashion. Where are people's morals.
