The Atlantic Station

NIGHTMARE. The very first night I was here maintenance to not correctly hook up the hose to the back of my washer so when I started it my laundry room, hallway and bathroom were flooded. I had been moving since 6 AM I called them about 4 PM whenever it happened and nobody showed up until 1 AM. I had to stay up and wait for them to show up and was exhausted. I then had to wait a week before someone came out and repaired and they never replaced the baseboards and they still have bubbles from the water. Then my air conditioner went out...fast forward another couple weeks and my bathroom ceiling fell through because of a leak upstairs. And then my AC unit was leaking, the water came up under the baseboards out to my front door and was puddled in the closet around the unit. I called for 3 days before I finally had to go to the office just to get someone to come out....there was literally mold growing in the tack strips and walls. This was reported three weeks ago and the job still is not complete. Not done yet...my children were sick last week due to getting a bacterial infection called Crypto from the disgusting pool that is never closed to clean. The doctor specifically said it was from swimming and this was the only place they have been swimming this summer. I also pay for pest control service every month and I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 days (because the online portal will not work again) I have ants coming in through my bedroom window and up under my baseboard cracks. I have continued to spray products I have bought myself yet the problem is not fixed and nobody has come out. Tonight I went to go to sleep and I was getting bit, sure enough there were ants in my bed. I am now sleeping on the couch. The new owners have taken over and this place is awful. The gates never work properly, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing with trash and the management NEVER answers the phone or returns calls....worst renting experience I have EVER had.
