If there is a hard freeze in winter, they'll tell you to keep your apartment warm to prevent pipes from freezing. Don't do it!! The first electric bill you get after the freeze won't be too alarming. Then they'll come back later and bill you AGAIN for the same period, like maybe, to the tune of about $10.00 per KWH. This is NOT something you agreed to let them do, but not to worry -- they're nice. They'll let you pay it out monthly for the rest of the year!! Are they crooked? You decide.

Apartments look great but the manager is the worst. Everything here is a joke - raising rent prices constantly. and the manager is terrible and always rude. They feel like they have the right to charge you for everything and anything. If your rent payment is later than 3 days, better cough up an extra $100 in cash to Hailey, the manager, and an eviction notice on your door. If they want your money --they will find a way to get it., but, they take so long to listen to any of your requests and they will nickel and dime you for everything (to be paid in cash only). If you move here you're crazy. but if you do, bring a cat...the rats & mice infestation is beyond out of control.

The walls are thin, you can hear others talking in there apartment..which i guess isn't that bad...but listening to babies crying, drunk people arguing, neighbor's taking a shower or banging someone is kinda annoying.
