Yellow Taxi Cab

I called this company this morning for a ride to the laundrymat which is less than a 5 minute drive from my house granted its a short ride yet I wouldve called for a return trip AND tipped to make it worth their time I just got a call basically at the last minute saying they wont pick me up now.(I'm sure its because of the distance) Needless to say if they treat their customers like this-especially a new one they actually did me a favor. I will never call this company again for short-or long trips
