        Beware!!!!!! I took my Benz to...

        Beware!!!!!! I took my Benz to this dealership for a window switch... & $7000, later they put a lein on my car, had the guys repo my car for a bill that wasnt paid , beacuse they broke my mirror, while repairing something else they caused...



        you take you car here it will cost you BIG TIME!!!!! Money & DRAMA...

        This Mercedes dealer is under new ownership and NOT owned by Shaver Imports anymore. The new ownership is terrible and do not trust them. I purchased a Mercedes extended warranty and they would not honor the warranty and the new owner basically said "tough luck". You can get much better pricing too, try Mercedes of North Olmsted, they are wonderful and can be trusted. My wife bought her C Class there and they gave her the sport instead of the luxury. They offered to refund her money or give her a new car, no questions asked. Gabe was awesome
