Their dispatchers are rude. Their drivers are unsafe. I even had one watch a movie while driving me around, speeding down residential roads at over 50. They only stay in business because they blacklist anyone else who tries to operate in Ft Smith... But no longer! Use Uber. Faster, friendlier, cheaper! The drivers are each individually rated by riders, so they can't afford to treat you that way.

I have lived in fort smith ar, for 11 years now and I have used the razerback cab several times throughout the years. Every single time I have used them. They rarely answer the phone and when they do the operator is rude than it takes 1-4 hours for them to get to my address to pick me up (if they even show up) than the driver is rude. And depending on the driver they will charge you whatever they think sounds good that day. which is usually almost double the amount it should actually cost. ....... the only thing to be thankful for now is that UBER is now available in fort smith, I love riding with uber ! They pick you up promptly, and you can watch them on their way to your pickup location via the app. I can use my debit or credit card to pay, So I am never cheated. Every driver on UBER that has picked me up has been extremely nice and it is an enjoyable experience unlike the whole cab experience. ....... my point is that since UBER started, and as long as it is here and i need a ride they are the only ones I will ever request again !!!

Extremely rude, no concern for the people what so ever, I bought a cab ride for a couple strangers that didn't have a way home from work due to vehicle problems called the sservice and a very rude man answered and when i asked how long it would be considering they didn't have a cellphone that was charged up, the man said we will get there when we get there and they don't need a phone for the taxi to show up,the man was actually yelling at me, after reading the reviews I truly hope they showed up and got those people home, rudest person ever, and I will be sure to spread the word

Horrible service and speed. Unreliable and rude. Unconcerned with improving service or speed. Don't use if you don't absolutely have to.

The worse experience I have ever had. I actually feared for my Dads and my safety. We called for a cab and they showed up a half hour late. We are not from the area and wanted a quick ride 6.9 miles down the street for dinner. The cab driver started to drive into an industrial area without telling us anything. We thought we were going to be robbed. When we asked where we were going he said to pickup another fare. We sat there waiting for another five minutes for the other person. Then we started driving still farther from our destination to pick up ANOTHER PERSON! I finally asked if he could please just drop us off near where we needed to go and he asked if we were paying cash or with card. We didn't get to our destination until an hour later. I have never had an experience like this and will never take a cab ever again. We used Uber on the way home and had a very nice gentlemen that took us straight back to our hotel for the same price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

All around terrible service! The "dispatcher" won't even let me get an ETA or let me finish speaking, just hangs up. And the cab driver screamed at me because I wasn't outside waiting in the cold for him even though he took FOREVER to get there!!!

awful service, called 5 times before they finally answered! Now I've been waiting over an hour for a damn cab!!!

You're better off buying a bicycle and riding it around town. There is a lady in dispatch that is unbelievably rude EVERYTIME I call. The other dispatch personnel are also rude but none as rude as the woman. I've waited on cabs that never came and was blamed for it. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called these people three times before they answered. Then they never show up. Called again and no answer. I missed my friends wedding because of them. I just moved here and don't have anyone in town that I could ask for a ride from. They're aweful.

Absolutely awful service. Got hung up on 3 different times tonight. Treat you like a piece of trash.

Lost my phone in their cab, and they won't even bother to contact the driver to look for it. It's the only place it could be, because I had checked the time just before pickp for a friend of mine on the phone. I am watching my account online about the minutes on the phone. Also, it had alarm that goes off at 8:00 pm every evening. Unless the phone was turned off by accident, it should have been heard, or found by now. I think they're lying to steal the phone, frankly.

They have over charged me several times i take a cab to work sometimes i know how much it cost then today i was walking up to the cab n they just drive off then when i call back they hang up on me... when u call there very hateful thay need to work on there people skills not to mention the wait time when u call they only reason anyone uses this company is because theres no other options

I'm sitting at the airport. Called a "24 hour" cab service that didn't answer my call for 20 minutes. If you want to make money then answer the phone.

This place is awful. Scam drivers overcharge all the time. Dispatch is incorrect and lazy. Took over 10 minutes to answer. I'm calling BBB. 2 THUMBS DOWN..

My first call wasn't answered, I waited about 15 minutes and called back. It was Monday morning so I expected them to be busy, my 2nd call was answered and my cab arrived within 20 minutes which isn't bad considering it's Monday morning and I'm on the far South end of Fort Smith. The driver was pleasant. My second call was answered immediately, the dispatcher clarified my location. Mid morning was much faster, I was picked up and back across town in 20 minutes. Another pleasant driver.

The rate was reasonable, but this means sometimes they pick up other fares. Unfortunately my co passenger smelled, but that was not Razorbacks fault. Picking up another fare did not delay my trip at all.

Never answer the phone sit with the phone ringing for over an hour

I called a taxi for my husband and have never heard such a rude tone of voice and then just hung up the phone without saying "Thank you or Goodbye". The dispatchers need training in proper customer service and phone etiquette. How rude and disgusting they are. Hope another taxi service comes and break this monopoly. They do this because this is the only taxi service available in this area. How unfortunate for the people.

If there was ANY other option to this cab company, I would never call this company again. My daughter waited outside of school for 1 hour for a cab. When I finally got a hold of dispatch, they said her cab had broken down and they were too busy to call the school and let them know, or to send another cab. They finally decided at 4:15 (my daughter got out of school at 3:15) to send another cab. I told them forget it, I would figure out a way to pick her up myself, I wasn't going to trust them again. I finally had my neighbor pick my daughter up. This company takes forever for pick ups, and overcharges. The only reason they get away with it, is because they are the only cab company and they know people have no other choice. The only reason they got one star is because I had to put something.
