this is the worst jewelers ever. I had a ring sized 2 sizes too big and they refused to fix it until i called the 1 -800 number and they told them they couldn't do that because it was not my fault and i paid to have it fixed right. my ring was also made poorly when they fixed it. it's terribly warped and uneven. the customer service is so terrible too. they all had so much attitude when i told them nicely that they have to fix it that's what i paid them for . i didn't pay to have my ring too large and warped. they never call when they said they will. just buying jewerly cleaner took them 20 mins to ring me up. I recommend you use anywhere but here!!! Please don't waste your money here like i did.

rogers jewelers is the worst place i have ever had to deal with. in four months after purchasing my finace's engagement ring we have had to return it 6 times for missing and discolored diamonds. the rings are made with horrible craftsmanship and the customer service is repulsive at best.they dont stand behind their product or attempt customer satisfaction. i would recommend buy anywhere else
